Totally your call. Build day will be noisy... all day long. If your pets are sensitive to loud sounds like booms, fireworks, ballons popping, thunderstorms, you might consider other plans for them—a long walk at the park, a visit to Grandma’s, take-your-pet-to-work day, the kennel, or even a spa trip! If your pets stay home, please secure them in a safe room or kennel. Our crew will be moving around constantly across the roof or exterior of your home, so keeping them inside is essential for their safety.
If your project is going through your insurance company, delays can occur as we work to ensure all necessary items are covered. Our goal is to build your home to meet manufacturer specifications and municipal codes, which sometimes requires adjustments to the initial insurance estimate to include all required line items.
This back-and-forth process can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months, depending on how quickly the insurance company responds. Rest assured, we’re dedicated to resolving everything as efficiently as possible.

Roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling can get messy—there’s just no way around it. During construction, expect debris as we remove dumpsters full of old shingles or siding materials to make way for the new ones. Cleanup happens at the end of the project, so please avoid the work area if possible, and be cautious if you need to pass through.

Many of our manufacturer warranties last 10+ years, so your project may still be covered under a manufacturer warranty.
